2.3 Assembly of Air Suspension

According to the design scheme, confirm the orientation of the air spring air inlet. Connect the load air spring to the load air spring base, apply thread adhesive to the bolts, and tighten them to the specified torque.Connect the load air spring base to the guide leaf spring, apply thread adhesive to the bolts, and tighten them to the specified torque.

2.3.1 Installation of Air Suspension Without Dual-Side Lift

Place the assembled axle with leaf springs under the corresponding mounting brackets. Insert the bolts, washers, and lock nuts from the outside to the inside, and connect the leaf spring brackets with the assembled axle.

2.3.2 Installation with Dual-Side Lift Devices

The lift brackets are symmetrical for the left and right sides.
First, connect the lift brackets, lift air springs, and limit blocks with bolts. Then, insert the bolts from the outside to the inside through the washer, wear-resistant steel sleeve, wear-resistant bushing, lift bracket, guide leaf spring bracket, guide leaf spring, wear-resistant bushing, wear-resistant steel sleeve, washer, and nut. Tighten the nut to the specified torque.

2.3.3 Installation Position of Limiting Steel Wire Rope

Wrap the steel wire around the axle, then sequentially install the washer, steel wire rope, washer, and cotter pin.

Note: When installing the limiting steel wire rope, a tension spring must be installed, and the hook of the spring must be clamped tightly to prevent it from coming off.Avoid having the steel wire rope catch foreign objects during use, which may cause damage.

2.3.4 Install the shock absorber and tighten the nut to the specified torque.

2.3.5 Connect the load air spring to the upper support bracket of the air spring using nuts.

Note: During the installation of the air suspension, welding is not allowed after the air spring has been assembled.If welding is necessary under special circumstances, protective measures must be taken to prevent damage to the air spring.
