CEVA Logistics Opens First Eurasian TIR Hub in Alashankou

Alashankou, China – July 22, 2025 – CEVA Logistics has officially launched its new international TIR transport center in Alashankou, located in China’s far western Xinjiang region. Situated at a key gateway to Kazakhstan, this facility plays a vital role in connecting overland trade routes between China, Central Asia, and Europe. Covering 4,300 square meters with an additional 1,000 square meters dedicated to hazardous goods, the center offers bonded storage, expedited customs clearance, and integrated logistics services to support the growing demand for cross-border transport.

To further strengthen its TIR operations, CEVA is working closely with Zonxin (众兴), a well-known Chinese manufacturer specializing in semi-trailer suspensions and trailer axles. As international transport becomes increasingly reliant on heavy-duty, long-distance trailers, reliable running gear is essential for ensuring both safety and efficiency on challenging routes. Zonxin’s axle and suspension products are built to meet the rigorous demands of Eurasian road networks, offering exceptional strength, durability, and load capacity.

By incorporating Zonxin’s advanced trailer components into the fleet solutions operating through the Alashankou TIR center, CEVA aims to improve vehicle stability, reduce maintenance needs, and ensure consistent performance across varied terrain and weather conditions.
