Test Conclusion:
After testing, the submitted samples meet the requirements of JT/T 475-2020 “Trailer Axle” for vertical bending stiffness, static strength, and fatigue life.

I. Test Results

1. Vertical Bending Stiffness: Compliant
Under rated axle load, the maximum deformation per meter of wheel track shall not exceed 3 mm.
Measured deformation per meter of wheel track under rated load: 2.23 mm.

2. Vertical Bending Static Strength: Compliant
The safety factor (Kn) after vertical bending failure shall be ≥ 5.
Measured safety factor: 7.00.

3. Vertical Bending Fatigue Life: Compliant
The minimum fatigue life shall not be less than 50 × 10⁴ cycles, and the average fatigue life shall not be less than 80 × 10⁴ cycles.
Test load: 0.25–2.5 times rated axle load.
After 81.0 × 10⁴ cycles, none of the three samples showed fracture or severe plastic deformation failure.

None.

III. Test Time and Location

The test was conducted from March 10, 2021, to March 31, 2021, at the Jinshan Base of the National Bus Quality Supervision and Inspection Center.

Test Conditions:
Axle supported at wheel track points; vertical load applied at the suspension center point in the range of 0.25–2.5 times the rated axle load; test frequency 4 Hz; fatigue life test performed.

Damage Condition:
No fracture or severe plastic deformation failure observed in any sample.
