2.4 Structure of the Central Lift Device

2.4.1 The lift arm must be welded at the central position of the axle tube. Positioning is required before welding the lift arm.

2.4.2 The upper bracket of the lift air spring and the leaf spring bracket are welded simultaneously.

The longitudinal position is determined by moving W ±1 mm forward from the center of the hole on the leaf spring bracket, which serves as the center of the lift air spring upper bracket.Positioning should be carried out according to the actual design drawing dimensions.The transverse position of the air spring upper bracket center should coincide with the symmetry plane of the chassis.

2.4.3 Installation of the lift beam and axle:

Measure the diagonal distance S ±1 mm from the air spring base of the lift beam to the wheel hub.

2.4.4 There must be no gap or misalignment at the contact surface between the lift arm and the axle.

The weld height between the lift beam and the axle shall be not less than 20 mm.
