Zonxin Automotive Parts Holds Safety Awareness Education and Training

    In accordance with the spirit of the Special Conference on Work Safety held on May 3rd and recent incidents of work safety accidents, combined with the safety production situation of our company, in order to strengthen safety management, continuously improve employees' safety awareness and safety quality, and thoroughly implement the principle of "safety first, prevention-oriented, comprehensive management", ensuring the efficient operation of safety management, a safety awareness education and training plan was formulated.    On May 4th, our company conducted safety awareness education and training in the employee cafeteria. The training targeted all employees in the production workshop, focusing on learning and implementing the spirit of the Special Conference on Work Safety held on May 3rd, deeply studying the lessons from recent work safety accidents, and learning the company's safety production regulations, labor discipline, and safety operation procedures. The instructors were Ding Yang'an, Deputy General Manager of Production, and Zhang Kezhu, Production Scheduler and Safety Administrator.

During the meeting, the significance of this activity and future work plans were discussed and deliberated upon. Everyone expressed their understanding of the importance of work safety, and through discussions on topics such as "my understanding of safety" and "my views on safety work", they recognized the importance of safety production from different perspectives and their own job characteristics. Everyone is confident and capable of contributing to the safety production of the company. The company is our home, and safety management relies on everyone. Safety responsibility is heavier than Mount Tai. Through this collective discussion, everyone's safety awareness has been greatly enhanced, and they have learned more professional experiences and methods.

Hazardous goods warehouses, oil depots, and other key hazardous chemical storage areas are the focus of our company's safety management. Therefore, we have implemented the following management measures for these key areas:

Implementing the safety production responsibility system. We require every employee in each department to establish a sense of production responsibility, implement the principle of "one job, one responsibility" and "one veto", and employees responsible for major safety incidents will not be recognized as outstanding employees for that year.

Prevention-oriented, with a combination of prevention and control. Each key warehouse is equipped with necessary anti-theft and fire prevention measures. We require everyone to establish a sense of safety, make safety work the center of their work, and maintain and repair doors, windows, alarm devices, etc. in a timely manner. Timely eliminate fire hazards, carry out anti-theft work, and implement professional fire fighting and evacuation training. Firmly establish the idea that safety production is the lifeline of the company's development, ensuring the practical implementation of safety production activities.

Providing necessary training for new employees, strengthening communication between new and old employees, and improving the work level of employees. Employees are required to undergo professional position training based on their own job characteristics and work nature to achieve the goal of safety production.

Implementing safety production work, starting from the overall situation of "ensuring safety and promoting production", integrating safety production into daily work, sounding the alarm bells, and persistently carrying out various workshops, timely communication, and timely problem-solving, eliminating complacency, and ensuring safety production.

The company will take this safety production month activity as a new starting point, further strengthen leadership in safety work, increase supervision of safety production, strictly implement various systems, strictly abide by labor safety operation regulations, and create a good safety environment for the company's production and construction. Safety inspections should be conducted irregularly to establish safety awareness at all times. Safety records should be kept, problems should be recorded and discovered at any time, and solved at any time. Rectification should be carried out, and everyone should actively contribute ideas and suggestions, rectify safety weak links in a timely manner, re-examine and inspect previous safety hazards to ensure there are no safety loopholes. Based on the current learning and the background of the company's safety production, we will consistently focus on safety production work in the future.
