2. Hot rolling process  Advanced temperature control system ensure uniform heating of shaft tube and prevent ellipse in hot rolling process.Advanced rolling mill equipment has increased the position thickness of shaft tube bearing, with a thickness of 25-28mm, 2-3mm higher than other manufacturers. Bearing position thickness has been in the leading position  in China.

3. Hardening and tempering    The traditional well furnace is adopted to adjust the quality. The overall hardness of shaft tube is even and the hardness is controlled hrc26-30.After the conditioning treatment, each shaft tube is coded and the hardness after the modulation is recorded to make the product traceable

4. straightening  Each shaft tube is tested after straightening Straightening 

5.High frequency grinding outer circleThe advanced high frequency and grinding equipment ensures the hardness of bearing position and the concentricity of both ends

6.Fatigue test  Fatigue tests were carried out regularly, and the fatigue tests of the bridge produced by Zhongxing reached 1.8 million times

7.Brake base plate butt welding  The self-designed welding tooling controls the vertical degree of brake bottom plate and shaft body to within 0.5mm, thus ensuring the braking performance and safety of the whole bridge

8.Brake drum, wheel hub, bearing ballast  The self-designed bearing oil pressing tooling ensures that the bearing is filled with grease
