Zonxin Product Warranty Period

Under normal operating conditions, the warranty period (Three Guarantees: repair, replacement, return) for Zonxin air suspension and disc brake axles is 1 year or 100,000 kilometers (whichever comes first). This policy mainly applies to the main structural components of the suspension and axle, and does not include wear parts.

Warranty Notes:

1.Warranty for wear parts is based on product failure, and does not cover normal wear or minor defects that do not affect normal use.

2.If other suspension components are damaged due to the failure of a wear part, the warranty period shall be calculated according to the warranty period of the wear part.

3.After the warranty period of wear parts expires, continued use requires regular monitoring, increased inspection and maintenance intervals, and timely replacement.

4.Since different trailer manufacturers may configure different components, the warranty period for wear parts may vary accordingly. The specific warranty will follow the actual configuration in use.

5.Damage caused by hydraulic retarders or related accessories is not covered under warranty.

6.The warranty period for air springs and other rubber parts begins 30 days after the company ships the products. If the vehicle is stored for a long period before delivery, proper protection measures must be taken to prevent exposure, aging, cracking, contamination by oil, or contact with corrosive substances. Quality issues arising from the above improper storage conditions are not covered under warranty.
