The leaf spring suspension lift device is suitable for standard steel leaf spring suspensions (optimal performance when using leaf springs of 90×13-10 specification), providing a tire lift height between 70–100 mm.

2.8.3 Installation position of the lift mounting base for leaf spring suspension.
The lift mounting base is placed on the inner side of the chassis, above the axle to be lifted. The center line should be offset 8 mm forward from the axle center line. After confirming the position, weld the lift mounting base to the chassis.
2.8.3 Installation of the lift device
Place the lift device into the lift mounting base and adjust its lateral position to ensure balance on both sides. Then weld the lift device to the lift mounting base (be sure to protect the airbag before welding to avoid damage).
