I. Pre-Operation Safety Inspection of Vehicles – Forbidden to Operate with Faults!

When the air suspension system has no working air pressure for a long time, prevent the frame from directly pressing on the deflated airbag to avoid folding and damaging the airbag.

When using new brake pads, avoid long-distance braking or unnecessary braking.

Check tire pressure.

The normal pressure of the air suspension control air circuit system is 0.6-0.8 Mpa.

Check the fastening status of main bolts and nuts of the suspension system and axle.

Check whether the guide leaf spring bracket, guide spring, or main beam is normal.

Check whether the lights and braking system work normally.

Check the air pressure of the air storage tank, braking system, and air suspension.

Open the drain valve at the bottom of the air storage tank to drain water every two weeks or in frost weather.

II. Use of New Vehicles

After the first loading and driving, inspect the fastening status of all bolts and nuts of the wheels, axle, and suspension system. Use a torque wrench to check whether the wheel nuts are tightened and ensure they reach the specified torque (the same inspection should be done after each tire replacement).

After two weeks of driving, tighten the wheel nuts to the specified torque, and simultaneously fasten related bolts and nuts to the specified torque.

Inspect whether the automatic adjustment mechanism of the brake caliper is damaged annually or each time the brake pads are replaced. If damaged, the brake caliper or brake assembly must be replaced.

Customers should comply with the vehicle configurations specified by national mandatory regulations (standards). For example, for vehicles with disc brakes, the tractor must be equipped with a hydraulic retarder, the trailer must be equipped with an ABS anti-lock braking device or EBS electronic braking system, and disc brake axles must not be equipped with water sprinklers, etc.

When using disc brake axles, a soft brake valve (1:1) must be used, and "Brake King" is prohibited. 私自改装 (Unauthorized modification) of the trailer braking air circuit or air suspension control air circuit by the customer, as well as replacement with unqualified secondary factory parts, will cause damage to the axle braking, air suspension, or air circuit.

III. Maintenance and Service

After each wheel disassembly, inspect the fastening status of the wheel nuts and ensure they reach the specified torque.

After the work is completed, any parts removed during maintenance and repair must be reinstalled, and a comprehensive inspection must be conducted after all work is finished.

When performing maintenance or entrusting a maintenance station or repair shop, it must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of this manual! Otherwise, our company will not be responsible for quality accidents caused by improper maintenance.

If the vehicle is not equipped with a retarder, shorten the maintenance cycle to 3 months or 30,000-50,000 kilometers.

After the vehicle is stored in the warehouse, if it is not picked up for a long time, protective measures must be taken for the airbags, or the airbags should be installed when picking up the vehicle to avoid long-term exposure. When the vehicle is suspended from operation and stored in a parking lot, rubber parts such as airbags should be stored in a sealed manner to prevent quality issues such as aging and cracking. Quality problems such as rubber part aging caused by improper storage are not covered.

IV. Safety, Reliability, Comfort, and Environmental Protection

The air suspension provides excellent shock absorption performance, especially for effective protection of hazardous chemicals, precision equipment, and fragile items.

In case of emergency, the vehicle can still drive safely. Even if the airbag is completely deflated, it can drive to a maintenance station at a speed not exceeding 20 Km/h.

The vehicle runs smoothly, providing more comfortable driving, reducing fatigue, and ensuring a good rest environment for the co-driver.

The air suspension can better reduce operational noise pollution and protect the environment.

The tire has less impact on the road surface, maximizing road protection.
