Zonxin actively conducted the "National Safety Production Month" and "Equipment Maintenance Month", conducting comprehensive safety inspections and rectification activities throughout the company, further improving the safety production system, establishing and improving the safety position responsibility system, exploring the establishment of a long-term mechanism for safety production, strengthening leadership, implementing responsibilities, and enhancing supervision and inspection. Improve the system and clarify responsibilities to strengthen safety supervision effectively.The company's leadership team attaches great importance to safety work, timely convening safety work meetings, clarifying responsibilities and duties of the team members, implementing responsibilities, and requiring each member to take practical responsibilities for leading, managing, supervising, and rectifying safety production work, providing organizational guarantees for the smooth progress of safety production work in each workshop. The assessment content and implementation details of the safety production responsibility letter were enriched and improved on the basis of last year, decomposing safety production work goals and tasks layer by layer, forming a safety work network pattern that covers every aspect, from top to bottom, and person to person, and implementing the full staff safety production risk responsibility system.

Actively respond and cooperate to carry out safety production activities solidly.

The company takes the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China as the guide, thoroughly implements the scientific development concept, adheres to the guiding principles of safe development, and strengthens hidden danger rectification. Further investigation and rectification of production equipment safety hazards in various workshops were carried out, safety production rules and regulations were improved, and the level of safety production management was enhanced to ensure the continuous and stable safety production situation in various workshops. On the basis of completing the first battle, the second battle was carried out, focusing on summer high-temperature safety, hidden danger investigation and governance, and supervision and rectification work.

Strengthen publicity, mobilize widely, and effectively enhance safety production awareness.

To strengthen the organization and leadership of the activities, a special "Safety Production Month" and "Equipment Maintenance Month" activity leading group was established, and work responsibilities were clearly divided. Safety propaganda posters were posted, and in conjunction with the spring fire drill activities, emergency rescue plans for production accidents and risks were further improved, emergency rescue equipment and facilities were supplemented, and safety production prevention was carried out in advance. In order to improve the comprehensive safety management level and safety awareness, Zonxin Machinery actively carried out training and education on safety basics, technical skills, safety laws and regulations, and other aspects.

Strengthen measures, focus on key points, and do a good job in safety production.

(1) Thoroughly carry out summer precautions. Firstly, prevent high temperatures by conducting comprehensive maintenance of cooling facilities in office areas and production workshops to ensure normal operation during use. Summer heatstroke prevention and anti-insect supplies were purchased and distributed to every employee in a timely manner to prevent heatstroke. Secondly, flood prevention measures were taken. To ensure the safety of flood prevention during the flood season, a flood control leading group was established, a flood control plan was formulated, and flood prevention materials were purchased. All drainage pipelines in the factory area were cleaned and improved, sedimentation tanks were built, and reinforcement measures were taken on both sides of the drainage ditches to prevent power outages on rainy days and ensure the normal operation of production. Thirdly, lightning prevention measures were taken. In response to the frequent thunderstorms in summer, the company's lightning protection devices meet standard requirements, and the Lightning Protection Center issued a lightning protection device inspection (acceptance) report. Fourthly, wind prevention measures were taken. Facing the possibility of strong winds in summer, the company conducted inspections and reinforcements of signs and publicity boards in the production plant to prevent tipping and damage during strong winds.

(2) Pay close attention to food safety work. The company's leadership emphasized the need to strengthen the hygiene management of canteens and restaurants, and strive to create a good living environment. Inspection and acceptance of food purchases were intensified to ensure that no spoiled, rotten, or unqualified food is allowed to enter the warehouse. In the processing process, finished products, semi-finished products, and raw materials are kept separate, cooked and uncooked, and meat and vegetarian are separated. Processing tools are classified and stored at fixed points to avoid cross-contamination. The heating and cooking process should ensure thorough cooking. Cooked food should not be stored at room temperature for more than 2 hours. Strict environmental hygiene control is implemented to maintain cleanliness in processing places, and comprehensive facilities for fly, rat, and dust prevention are established.
